Milk paint is an organic material that gives surfaces a distinctive color-washed finish.
I’m obsessed with this finish. I shared some beautiful pieces that have been re-done with milk paint. I hope you enjoy.

When I picked out these three prints I instantly thought farmhouse, rustic, and shabby chic. I found some beautiful table settings and dinning rooms that fit that style. Cloth napkins are such an easy and in-expensive way to decorate with! You can purchase this set over at ItsSoAshley.
Spray paint cans gold and copper colors!
Ok! This is probably the most beautiful space I have ever seen in my life!!! The only thing missing are my napkins, (I know I’m tooting my own horn!)
Two words… Table, Chandelier!
Simple yet so beautiful.
I love that this space has a little of all three styles.
Oh how I love exposed beams!
Farmhouse.
Rustic.
Shabby Chic.
I hope you enjoyed!

“My Obsession for Doors and Door Knobs”
It’s really endless what you can create with doors and door knobs. I just love the idea of
“trash to treasure” I wanted to share my dinning room table with you that I made from an old door. This table actually has a lot of meaning to me, I used my table at my wedding reception and built it with my grandfather. I have photo’s and how-to instructions here at
http://www.lovetosew.com/doortable.htm#
Some people collect stamps, coins, spoons, I collect door knobs! I probably own everyone from Anthropologie . I love door knobs so much sometimes I don’t even do anything with them I just like to have them in my house! Ok enough about my weird obsession. I found some great ideas for you to try this weekend in your home with door knobs. Remember to let me know how your project turns out! Have fun and Happy Weekend!
Thought you might like to see some beautiful doors I found on Pinterest…..
